Project overview
The mission of the AmiGO car and bike sharing service was to give local users, visitors and businesses a sustainable, efficient and tailored mobility alternative. By implementing the youMove white-label model for the AmiGO service management platform, the project supported a transition toward smarter mobility where technology and territory work together. The success of the youMove app for AmiGO, thanks to its simplicity, practicality, precision and flexibility, was supported by more than 10,000 registered customers in the last 24 months of operation. It is a Sicilian technology model for a Sicilian sustainable mobility system, also appreciated by organizations in northern and central Italy.

Multimodal fleet management
The service needed to monitor and manage a distributed fleet of more than 850 vehicles across cars and bikes, with different maintenance, charging and repositioning needs in real time across two cities.
