Project overview
A Sicilian construction company based in Brolo and working on public, infrastructure and civil projects had two needs to solve in a single platform: protecting high-value work machines often parked in open worksites, and managing the van fleet used to move teams, materials and equipment. The youMove solution combined a wired Car Control System, an independent hidden Ghost device and Sentinel for automatic anomaly response, while company vans used standard fleet tracking with deadline management, telemetry and operating history.

Theft of high-value equipment
Excavators, trucks and equipment left in worksite areas represented the highest financial risk: a single theft can block work, contracts and deliveries.
Traditional trackers can be neutralized
A visible GPS device can be found and removed. The company needed redundant protection that could keep transmitting even if the main device was disabled.
