Ask your fleet. In plain language.

Imagine writing to an assistant, in normal language, sentences such as: *"Which vehicles have insurance expiring in the next two weeks?"*, or *"How many kilometers did Calogero's Doblò drive in April?"*, or again *"Show me the vehicles with the most speeding alerts from last month."* And getting an answer in seconds, with real data from your fleet. Without opening the dashboard, without filters, without exports.

Public release scheduled: May 27, 2026

Imagine writing to an assistant, in normal language, sentences such as: "Which vehicles have insurance expiring in the next two weeks?", or "How many kilometers did Calogero's Doblò drive in April?", or again "Show me the vehicles with the most speeding alerts from last month." And getting an answer in seconds, with real data from your fleet. Without opening the dashboard, without filters, without exports.

From today, you can really do it. With Claude. With ChatGPT. With any compatible assistant.

What we released

youMove has released an MCP server: a component that allows the main conversational AI assistants — Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, and others — to securely read your fleet data and answer your questions in natural language.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. Without going too deep into the technical details: it is the open standard, introduced in 2024 and adopted in just a few months by the main AI players, that allows assistants to "see" external data and tools in a controlled way. It follows the same logic by which ChatGPT can read your Drive or Claude can open your mailbox. Except now, among the available "sources," there is also your youMove fleet.

What you can do today

In the first version, the integration is read-only: the assistant can look at the data, but it cannot perform actions on vehicles. This is a deliberately cautious starting point — we will come back to why.

Right away, you can ask the assistant to:

  • list fleet vehicles and filter them by status, model, or type;
  • summarize the health of the fleet on a given day;
  • extract deadlines (insurance, inspection, road tax) and order them by urgency;
  • analyze routes and alerts for a single vehicle over a time interval;
  • compare driving style across multiple vehicles or operators;
  • generate short reports in free form ("write me an email for the owner with this week's summary").

In practice, everything you currently do by opening the dashboard and clicking around can now be asked in one sentence.

Why it really matters

The value is not the gadget. The value is that it changes who can use fleet data.

Today, in a typical small or medium-sized company, operational data is viewed by the fleet manager. The owner hears it summarized in Monday meetings. Sales hears "the van is busy" without knowing where or why. The tax consultant discovers the fuel numbers at the end of the year, when it is already too late to optimize.

With the conversational assistant connected to the fleet, anyone in the company can ask questions of the data, without learning the platform, without asking for reports, without waiting. The owner opens Claude or ChatGPT on a phone and asks "how did the fleet perform this week?" The salesperson asks "is van GP447ST free on Thursday afternoon?" The accountant asks "summarize fuel costs by vehicle in Q1."

The data you already pay to collect starts circulating. And the value of a fleet management platform doubles when everyone can use it, not only those who know where to click.

Security: what we chose and why

A fleet management platform contains sensitive information: vehicle locations, operational data, customer identities. That is why the youMove MCP server follows strict rules:

  • Mandatory authentication: every assistant must identify itself with credentials specific to your circuit. The AI does not see fleets that are not yours.
  • Read-only in v1: the assistant can consult data, but cannot activate Parking Protection, unlock a vehicle, or edit deadlines. Actions that change the state of the world remain in human hands, inside the app and dashboard.
  • No commands to Car Control Systems: as a matter of principle, physical vehicle control tools (engine lock, door unlock) are excluded from the AI perimeter. They will always remain excluded.

We already see v1.1 ahead, adding a few simple and reversible actions — such as enabling/disabling Parking Protection or recording a maintenance event — always with full traceability.

How to activate it

For customers on Core Pro plans with an active dashboard, the youMove MCP server is available on request. The TMR team generates dedicated credentials, and in a few minutes you can connect the conversational assistant you prefer.

Your fleet knows how to answer. Just ask.
