Nebrod'E-move enters its operational phase: bike sharing launches in the Nebrodi

We are proud to announce the launch of the operational phase of Nebrod'E-move, the sustainable mobility project we developed as the TMR team for the Nebrodi area.

Bike sharing sostenibile nei Nebrodi

After the official presentation and the joint work with local administrations, the 32 participating municipalities are completing the activities of defining regulations, management and pricing, concretely bringing a new model of smart and sustainable mobility to the territory.

An integrated platform for local mobility

Nebrod'E-move is not just a bike sharing service, but a digital and physical ecosystem designed to enhance the territory:

  • 150 pedal-assist bicycles distributed across the participating municipalities
  • Smart charging stations integrated into the urban fabric
  • 15 tourist itineraries connecting points of cultural, natural and food-and-wine interest
  • Digital application for complete management of the service

The platform we developed allows users to:

  • easily locate available bicycles
  • make reservations and payments
  • manage the docking and undocking of the vehicles
  • follow guided routes across the territory

All in a simple, intuitive and accessible way.

Technology at the service of communities

Our approach, consistent with the TMR vision, was to put technology at the service of people and the territory.

We designed a solution that:

  • supports municipalities in the operational management of the service
  • enables new models of sustainable mobility
  • encourages experiential tourism
  • reduces the environmental impact of local travel

Nebrod'E-move is a concrete example of how innovation can become a driver of development for areas of high cultural and environmental value.

A network project

The project involves a broad network of municipalities in the Nebrodi area, organized into local circuits, with the goal of creating an integrated and scalable system.

This collaboration is one of the key elements of the initiative's success: a shared model that goes beyond municipal boundaries and builds a unified vision of mobility.

Toward a new territorial experience

With the operational launch, Nebrod'E-move comes to life: citizens and visitors can begin to experience the territory in a new, more sustainable and more connected way.

For us at TMR, this project represents much more than a technological platform: it is the concrete demonstration of how innovation, sustainability and territory can evolve together.

We will continue to work alongside local authorities to grow the service and develop new features, with the goal of making Nebrod'E-move a benchmark for sustainable mobility in Italy.
